Where we work

Concrete Service Areas Across Los Angeles

We're a mobile crew working throughout Los Angeles, California. Site conditions change dramatically across this city, and that changes how the same slab gets built.

Neighborhoods

Parts of the city we cover

The notes below are about site conditions, not marketing. If you don’t see your neighborhood, call anyway — the list is a sample of where we work, not a boundary.

  • Downtown Los Angeles

Tight sites, shared alleys and loading constraints — work is usually phased and often pumped rather than truck-chuted.

  • Silver Lake & Echo Park

Hillside lots with stairs and steep driveways, where access and elevation planning matter as much as the pour itself.

  • Highland Park & Eagle Rock

Older bungalow lots with original walkways and porches that are frequently past repair and better replaced.

  • Hollywood & East Hollywood

Dense street parking and permit-heavy curb work; we plan truck staging before the day of the pour.

  • Mid-City & Koreatown

Mixed residential and small commercial flatwork, including path-of-travel and trash-enclosure pads.

  • West Los Angeles & Palms

Driveway replacements and garage-to-ADU pads on narrow lots with limited side-yard access.

  • Boyle Heights & East LA

Front walks, porch slabs and driveway aprons on older parcels with tree-root pressure.

  • San Fernando Valley communities

Larger backyards and long driveways where patio square footage and slab thickness drive the scope.

  • South Los Angeles

Replacement flatwork, parking pads and small commercial slabs on established streets.

Local conditions

What’s different about concrete in Los Angeles

Heat and long dry stretches

Hot, dry, breezy days pull water out of a fresh slab fast. That affects pour timing, finishing windows and curing — which is why we schedule around the weather rather than the calendar.

Irrigation and concentrated rain

Between sprinklers running most of the year and rain arriving in heavy bursts, water is the main thing working against flatwork here. Slope and drainage get planned before forming.

Hillside lots and tight access

Stairs, narrow side yards, alley-only access and steep driveways all change how concrete reaches the pour. Pump, conveyor or barrow placement is decided up front.

Mature street trees

Root pressure lifts and cracks older walkways across much of the city. Repairs that ignore the roots come back, so we address the cause where it’s possible to do so.
